Terms and conditions

Last updated 1 June 2026

These terms and conditions apply to the treatment agreement between you and Omnia Dental. They set out our arrangements regarding treatment, making and cancelling appointments, tariffs, payment and liability.

Treatment agreement

As soon as we register you as a patient and treat you, a treatment agreement arises as referred to in the WGBO. We inform you about your oral health, the possible treatments and their consequences, so that you can make a well-considered choice.

Treatment only takes place with your consent. You have the right to receive information, to ask questions and to refuse treatment.

Appointments and cancellation

We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel later or do not show up for your appointment, the reserved time may be charged. Such an invoice is not reimbursed by your health insurer.

Tariffs

The tariffs for dental care are set and regulated by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). We apply the prevailing NZa tariffs. For treatments above a certain amount you receive an estimate in advance.

What you pay yourself depends on your health insurance. We advise you to consult your policy conditions for the coverage of dental care.

Payment

The invoicing of your treatment is handled by an external factoring company. You receive the invoice directly from this company and pay them within the term stated on the invoice.

The payment conditions of the factoring company are stated on the invoice. If you have a question about your invoice, please contact the factoring company named on the invoice or our practice.

Liability

We carry out our treatments with the care you may expect from a dental practice. If something should unexpectedly go wrong, you can discuss this with us. We hold professional liability insurance.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurance in the relevant case.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your treatment or our service, we would like to hear from you. Our complaints procedure can be found in a separate statement on this website.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to the treatment agreement and these terms and conditions.
